Call-a-Tek, LLC provides certified technical support to Central Ohio small businesses and home computer users. From computer hardware and software issues to networking issues to virus and malware cleanup, Call-a-Tek can professionally diagnose and resolve most computer issues.

Call-a-Tek was conceived in 2008 by Bill Kurzenberger, and is based in Columbus in the Beechwold/Clintonville neighborhood. Bill has worked in the Information Technology and Information Services industries for nearly twenty years, supporting a large number of Central Ohio businesses. Before formally establishing Call-a-Tek LLC in 2018, Bill was the Client Support Administrator at Medical Mutual’s downtown Columbus office for four years, supporting over a hundred users in their Columbus & Cincinnati offices and remote locations.

Bill has also provided a variety of technical services for companies and organizations around central Ohio and beyond, including the Athens Metropolitan Housing Authority, the Cleveland VA Medical Research & Education Foundation, the Columbus Community Festival, the Muirfield Association, Phia Concepts, Sleep Care Inc., and many more. Bill has also earned a number of technical certifications as a CompTIA and Microsoft Certified Professional.

Call-a-Tek is a member and supporter of the Clintonville Area Chamber of Commerce.
