In the event that an issue cannot be resolved remotely, our technician will take all necessary precautions (including facial covering and device sanitation) when providing on-site technical support to minimize any risk to our customers and technician.
Call-a-Tek provides on-site technical support to Central Ohio businesses and homes, including all of Franklin County (Columbus metropolitan area), as well as parts of Delaware County (Delaware, Sunbury), Fairfield County (Lancaster, Canal Winchester), Licking County (Newark, Johnstown), Madison County (London, Plain City), Pickaway County (Circleville), and Union County (Marysville).
For customers located outside of Franklin County, a mileage fee of $0.75 per mile will be applied for transportation from and to zip code 43214 (north Columbus).
